Amanda Henry, DDS
I completed my undergraduate studies at Indiana University, where I studied biology, chemistry and psychology. I attended dental school at the University of Illinois-Chicago. Since graduating in 2012, I have been committed to furthering my education with the Pankey Institute, Spear Education, the American Academy of Facial Esthetics and the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine (AADSM). I am a Diplomate with the AADSM, which means I have committed to educating myself in this field, including the treatment of sleep apnea. I am also affiliated with the American Dental Association®.
As a dentist, I am dedicated to helping my patients of all ages achieve their healthiest, most beautiful smiles. I also enjoy helping patients sleep better as a member of a team approach to treating sleep apnea. I feel incredibly grateful to have my mother as my mentor and business partner, and am so proud of what we have built. Our staff and many of our patients feel like family-it is a joy to be in the office! After 13 years of practice, I am proud to be transitioning into ownership and look forward to continuing to serve the Crystal Lake area.
In my free time my husband and I wrangle two tiny humans and one small Aussiedoodle. They keep us on our toes and provide a lot of entertainment. My hobbies include yoga, learning Spanish, reading and traveling.
Kay Henry, DDS
Our office is fortunate for so many reasons. We are all focused on an excellent working environment and provide the highest quality of care for our patients. We have also focused our office on quality continuing education. I have two daughters, Amanda and Jessica. I enjoy working with my daughter Amanda who has been practicing in our office for 13 years. I am fortunate to have my other daughter Jessica who is practicing as a mental health therapist as well as a web designer and graphic designer. My grandchildren are the thrill of my life!
